Phoebe Fussell, Director of Finance
Ms. Fussell’s educational foundation includes both undergraduate and graduate accountancy degrees from Kansas State University. She has an extensive background in public accounting including taxation, financial reporting and analysis, and governmental and compliance auditing. Applying this background to aviation, she has served as Staff Accountant for Omni Air International and as Accounting Manager for 10 Tanker Air Carrier.
