Omni Air Transport was established in 1983 operating Learjet aircraft and providing corporate charter and air ambulance services from their base at the Tulsa International Airport. 

In 2004, Omni successfully completed its first Aviation Research Group (ARG/US) audit, making the company one of very few ARG/US Platinum charter operators in the United States.  This rating was renewed in 2006, and once again in 2008, after successful audits were conducted.
